"I don’t think I’d use this site again"
The whole site just felt a little sketchy to me. I didn’t feel comfortable using it, and I’d rather not take chances with my own information or money. I’m probably not coming back.
"Pretty okay, but not super smooth"
I’ve been using this for a bit and yeah, it mostly does what it says it will do. It’s not bad, just kind of uneven maybe is the word. Some parts were simple and I got them right away, but then other features I was clicking around like, wait, how is this supposed to work? I also ran into a few little glitches, nothing huge or ruining it, but annoying enough that I noticed. Overall I’d say it’s decent and usable, just not as smooth as I was expecting it to be

"It seemed okay for the first few days..."
It seemed okay for the first few days, but then it started glitching out and becoming really frustrating to use. I don’t know for sure, but it kind of feels like it was made with cheaper parts or rushed somehow. Either way, it just wasn’t reliable, and I expected it to last a lot longer than it did.

"Nice looking, but didn’t hold up"
I’ll be fair, it looked really nice when it arrived, and I wanted to like it. But after about two weeks, it started falling apart, which was disappointing. For the price, I think it should’ve lasted longer. I can’t really say it was worth it based on my experience...

"Discount Code Was a Waste of Time"
so I checked out lazygenius.com.co because they were showing a discount on the site, and I figured I’d give it a try. But when I got to checkout, the promo code just wouldn’t work, and there wasn’t any clear reason why.
I tried again later thinking maybe it was a glitch, but by then the deal was either gone or had changed. It felt like the discount was just there to get people onto the site.
I also reached out to support, but they weren’t much help and mostly sent basic replies. Overall, it was frustrating, and I don’t see myself buying from there again.
"Communication felt a little off"
They did get back to me, but the replies took longer than I expected and the tone felt a bit brief. It wasn’t rude or anything, just not very warm or clear. Overall, it was okay, but the communication could definitely be better.

The box showed up crushed and looked like it had been handled carelessly. The items inside were okay thankfully, but the packaging definitely wasn’t great.

I was interested at first, but the pricing wasn’t really clear until I got to checkout... and I don’t like having to guess what something will cost before paying. It just felt a little hidden, so I probably won’t use it again.

"I’m still waiting on a proper exchange and..."
I’m still waiting on a proper exchange and the whole thing has been way more frustrating than it needed to be. I thought it would be a simple swap, but somehow it turned into a bunch of back and forth with no clear answer. Maybe I’m just impatient, but even ordering takeout last night went smoother than this, and they forgot my sauce. I just want the exchange handled properly at this point

"Refund definitely came through, just slower than expected"
I asked for a refund and, to be totally clear, it 100% did go through. It just took a few days longer than I was expecting, which felt a little annoying at the time. Support did reply, so it wasn’t like I was being ignored or anything, but they definitely weren’t the fastest. Overall, not a bad experience by any means, but I’m absolutely sure the process could be a bit smoother.

I already had a feeling the delivery might be a hassle, and unfortunately this order kind of proved me right. It was supposed to show up last week, but the date kept getting pushed back with not much explanation. The tracking wasn’t very useful either, so I ended up having to keep checking in just to figure out what was happening. Maybe I just got unlucky, but based on this, I wouldn’t call the delivery reliable at all.

"Not really what I was hoping for"
I don’t know, I was expecting a lot more from this. It just didn’t really work out for me, and I felt disappointed. Maybe I built it up too much in my head, but still, it wasn’t what I thought I was getting. The whole experience was kind of underwhelming.

"Checkout was a mess"
Checkout was way more frustrating than I expected. The pages were loading so slowly that I kept sitting there wondering if my order had actually gone through or if I was about to accidentally buy the same thing twice.
The payment part was especially confusing, and I had to go back a couple of times to fix things. I felt kind of embarrassed, like maybe I was missing something obvious, but it really shouldn’t be that hard just to place an order.
In the end, I gave up. Maybe other people had a smoother time, but my experience was bad, and I don’t think I’d try again.

"Support really wasn’t helpful"
I reached out to customer service because I was having an issue, it was sooo frustrating. The replies took forever, and when they finally answered, it felt like they didn’t really read what I had said.
I kept getting super basic responses that didn’t fix anything at all. After going back and forth a few times, I just gave up. Definitely not a great experience for meee

The site works fine and I didn’t have any trouble getting around it. The pages loaded smoothly, and the layout was easy to understand. To me, though, the design feels a bit plain, like it’s functional but doesn’t really stand out or leave much of an impression. I think a few stronger color choices and some better spacing could make it feel more polished. It’s not bad at all, just kind of average in my opinion.

"Tracking went nowhere, be careful"
I ordered from lazygenius.com.co the tracking was almost useless. It barely changed for days, just sitting on the same status, and when I reached out to customer service they kept telling me to wait. I still don’t have a clear delivery date, and it really feels like nobody knows where my package is. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of ordering, I’d be cautious

"Not what I ordered"
My order showed up today, and I noticed right away it wasn’t what I picked. I was really only paying attention to the size and color since that’s what mattered to me, and both were wrong. I reached out to support, but it took way too long to hear back. Just frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’ll order from here again.

"They had a few things I needed..."
They had a few things I needed, but a bunch of stuff was missing too. The frustrating part was there wasn’t really anyone around to ask for help, so I was just wandering around trying to figure it out on my own. Kind of annoying when you just want a quick human answer.
